Chocolate Walnuts and Dates Cookies
115gr walnuts
200gr Medjool dates
2 tbsp raw cacao
100ml milk
100gr flour (mais or chestnut)
1 tsp baking powder
2 vegan eggs
maple syrup to taste

Pre-heat oven 180°C
​
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix thorougly until a lovely thick paste is reached
​
Using two teaspoons, form little balls and distributed evently on baking foil+tray
​
Bake in the middle for max. 10 minutes (stay in the kitchen and check regularly)
