During an hour and a half, you are only there for yourself, in the tranquility of a safe environment and confidentiality, in a well-meaning welcome and the goal of your relaxation. 

Take comfortable clothes to change into if you like.

We will be sitting but yoga mats are welcome. There will be a bit of discreet music.

And we will be able to relax and spend a little time on the mily way together.
