PRIVATE TOURS: Those can be altered to your liking. So that you know what you're in for financially, this is how the payments are broken down for them :

50% of the total amount of the tour     At the time of booking (non refundable)

50% of the total amount of the tour     2 weeks before the tour is scheduled

If you book 2 weeks or less before the tour is planned, 100% payment is due.

If the payments fail to be made on time, there is no guarantee your tour guide will be available at the time you have chosen.

By confirming your booking in writing via email, you agree to those conditions.

All participants must have their own liability insurance. Sincerely Switzerland is only responsible for damages by their guides, resulting in their activity with Sincerely Switzerland, not the tour participants.

Various details and specifics will be given in writing, including features included in the tours, food restrictions, participants' physical condition, main interests and preferences...

We accept IBAN transfers, PayPal and Twint.

PUBLIC TOURS: as indicated in the description, the public tours work on trust and tips. Please prepare some cash (between CHF 20 and 30 is considered fair for 3 hrs) for your guide.
